Mcdonald's

After ordering an iced coffee I sat behind 1 car for 10 minutes to pay finally got to pay 1 step closer to a delicious drink. Sat another 10 minutes behind again 1 car. Finally arriving at the pick up window only to be told there is a 10 minute wait for coffee. I asked for a refund. Waited another 5 minutes for them to bring me back a refund which they didn’t even get that right. Shorted me on a refund. I told the person at the window and she said I’ll be right back. At this point I was not going to waste any more time and drove off with no coffee or a full refund. This experience was horrendous and the manage working 7/5/2022 should be embarrassed.

Worst McDonald’s ever. We don’t like confrontation and don’t like complaining but This is the third time this has happened to us and the manager never apologizes. We always get my son a frozen coke and the lady handed it to us through the window leaking everywhere and my husband told her it was dripping before he took it, and she told us to just wipe it off And that she couldn’t get us another one. As my husband brought it through the window it then proceeded to leak everywhere, steering wheel, husbands cell phone, his pants and it put a nice big stain on our seat. The lady saw what was happening and she quickly closed the window and walked away. We waited for 5 minutes and then We asked to speak to a manager and the only thing she asked is if we needed more napkins, no apology or anything. Seriously?
