Kfc

I wish there was an option for less then one star. My husband and I went through the drive thru and order 2 famous bowels... we had to pull forward and waited half an hour for the food. When our food was finally brought out the excuse was they turned off the fryer.. we order at exactly 9pm time stamped on our receipt and they close at 10pm. Extremely disappointed in the service we got tonight.

Horrible! There was only one person in line and I had to wait 20 min. The person didn't even have a large order. It took another 10 min. to get my order (12 Piece Meal). When I got home I noticed all the side containers were broken. I would have just called the store to take care of the issues but the the person who took care of me was the GM. Do Not Go To this KFC!

I went to the drive through about twenty minutes before they were supposed to close and received no response through the speaker. I then went in the front door and was rudely told that they were closed and I was immediately kicked out of the dining room. I was then told that only the drive through was open til 11 even though, as the manager of an extremely small restaurant, there is no way she was unaware of her employees ignoring people in the drive through well before close. I also work in the restaurant industry and I find this ridiculous and unacceptable. Restaurants need to abide by their own closing times, that's why they have them, and I shouldn't be forced to essentially argue to get food from a restaurant that is still open. This KFC will no longer be receiving my business.

Do not go to this KFC. Consistently bad service, lazy and indifferent employees, always a long wait in lobby. Seems drive thru has priority. Last visit waited 15 minutes to get waited on, only to find out that they ran out of original recipe breasts. How does a chicken restaurant run out of breasts at 5:30pm, dinner time. I was told it would be another 15 minute wait, which probably means 20-25 minutes. Supervisor had all kinds of excuses. Like this every time I go there. Never going there again. Worst KFC ever.

Decided to give them one more try! Major fail. Went to drivethru. After spitting out the order, we were asked to wait. She came back and said she was ready. When asked if she caught the order, nope. Asked for two orders of the $5 fill up chicken breast. Oh, we don't have that ...only the chicken breast and wing. She was rude and never apologized. We said forget it! Why advertise the 8 oz breast if you no longer have it? My prior visit was a disaster and the breast and wing was undercooked as well as the biscuits. Gross. Won't go back.
