Some of the worst food I've ever had. Wanted to try the beyond chicken nuggets. Had to wait over 10 minutes to get my food thought it was going to be fresh. The nuggets were either way over cooked or deep fried twice and the fries were cold. Way over-priced too. $15 for 12 nuggets a small fry and a small drink. It all ended up in the garbage except for the half filled drink.

Food was cool at best, forgot $4 of my $20 order. I honestly don't understand why putting everything in a bag at these fast food restaurants is so difficult. Will never go back to a FF restaurant that steals my money, get good quality employees and focus on quality food and service!

Loved KFC, but now their chicken legs etc... have gotten smaller and doesn't seem to match the price they are asking. Also they quit selling the less expensive dark meat bucket. Will not be going back.

Over the course of 6 months we have tried to eat at this location multiple times and they are always “out of food.” Tonight they were out of chicken. How is KFC out of chicken?! They weren’t out of chicken, the staff simply did not want to cook anymore food 1.5 hours before they closed. Good thinking on the employees side though. Keep acting like there’s “no customers” and get to close earlier and earlier.

I ordered 3pc dinner ..lrg slaw..2 extra Biscuits. The Biscuits were so hard. Whatever happened to the amazing seasonings the ckn had. These were so bland. Now I remember why I don't eat here . Kfc used to be better back in the day when it was actually Kenny kings.

The hours of this store are so inconsistent. On a Wednesday store is closed for the day at 545 pm. Some days they are open until 8. I understand the struggle of finding employees but damn closed during prime dinner hours. I dont see this place lasting.

Nice store, I got my food fast and hot. The service was good and friendly people. Unfortunately for the owners, The brick and concrete work are already showing problems, the front door won't even close without help

I like the KFC in west Carrollton Ohio. Was not impress with the restaurant itself or the service I got in the chicken I would happy with
