Domino's Pizza

What used to be an affordable fast and convenient dinner option is now a sluggish train wreck of an establishment. 3 out of my last 4 orders where wrong or missing items. They rarely follow my requests for contactless delivery; despite requesting it over and over. Last order my beverages arrived an hour and half after my food, which they seemed to think was reasonable. Don't expect much in the way of customer service. You're usually dealing with a teen without the power to fix anything. Perhaps paying a decent wage would assist in finding better employees.

Overall, this is like your typical Domino's. If you plan on this place being a career, especially management, think twice. They'll drop you in a management position, not bring you up to their standards, and months later tell you that you're the reason behind why things are going bad. The line of communication is beyond broken considering they can't get their experienced G.M.'s into classes either before they become a G.M. or when they first step in and then assume someone can't so their job as opposed to asking questions and actually trying to help. If you're in their clique, you've got absolutely nothing to worry about, you'll work out just fine here.

Very disappointing, following their app, food was made in 15 minutes, quality checked, hopes were high that the food would be on it's way soon. 70 minutes later their app says it's on its way. 20 minutes later it say delivered, look outside, nothing there. 10 minutes later it arrives. A nice room temperature 2 hour old pizza and some "cinnamon twists" that somehow they forgot to add the cinnamon so we had nice cold bread twists. This will be my last time I order from them untill changes are made, 2 orders over past few weeks with inaccurate and cold food.

The absolute worst food and service I ever received. Ordered a small cheese pizza and cinnamon bread at 9:45 I live 6 minutes from Domino's. The tracker showed my pizza waiting for a delivery person for 32 minutes took 17 minutes to arrive at my house once it said it was out for delivery My pizza showed up at 11:05 They had already closed by this time. Driver showed up my food was sitting on his front seat not in a bag. There was no identification on his vehicle no uniform markings and he had NO MASK on. As he walked to my door I said I really hope my food is not cold His response was I'm sure it's not I then responded If it is you're taking it back as he threw me my pizza he smartly said there's nothing I can do about it as he walked away. The pizza went in the trash because it was disgusting not even fully cooked and cold

So my pizza and desert were delivered...they didn’t mAke it right. I took pictures. I call to see if they can fix it, as we did not touch it. Josiah is an employee that works there. He said “so what do you want free stuff? It’s going to be a few hours” I literally got bread sticks with sauce splattered in the box. Disgusting customer service. I literally just wanted my order correct. nothing else.

Okay I understand mistakes happen. First the forgot to put out bread bowl In the over (okay no big deal) they put that bread bowl in the ONE oven that was OFF!! So we had to wait even longer for that. We got all the way home and realized that they gave us the WRONG pizzas!!!! We went all the way back up there and they didn’t even seem apologetic, they were laughing and thought it was all a joke. VERY unprofessional! Brunswick dominos needs to get there employees and manager under control!!
