Papa Johns Pizza

Wow, the worst pizza company all time. We ordered from here because of the heart shaped pizza offered from local BURBANK Pizza John. They were 90 late with no communication. We tried calling twice and and was hung up after waiting 15mins and the the second time. Call customer support on line and before I could speak to a human We were also disconnected. Tried a 4th time after 2hr and we finally received a te t stati g our pizza would arrive 30more minutes. The worst customer service we ever paid for and will NEVER order from any Papa John again. I'd give e it -1000 stars if allowed

Love the food but this experience has made me not go back again. Pizza #1 had uneven pizza crust (one side thin, the other side thick). Pizza #2 had all of the ingredients in the middle so barely any on the rest of the pizza. Garlic knots were overcooked (garlic oil burnt off). Est wait time was 24 mins but it ended up to be 40 mins. People were yelling about the lateness of their orders too. Only thing normal was the chicken poppers. We’re going back to dominos.

Everything was just OK. Placed an order for pickup. Interestingly the app said my order was ready, but I still had to wait a handful of minutes, no big deal (I get why that is done on the system). Service was just OK, the young woman inside was wearing headphones seemed kind of whatever about working. The place seemed a little hurting for TLC and just two workers seen. Would give them another shot. Wings were good.

I received a delivery today (5/30/20) at around 1:30. I did not catch the delivery persons name, but I wanted to make sure to give positive feedback and praise. This was order no. #770042397. In today's setting of flooded delivery services due to covid, I think others can relate when I say most delivery persons could care less about things like on-time delivery, remembering requested condiments, and customer service. That was not the case today. This delivery person was very fast, brought all requested condiments, and even went above and beyond with bringing plates, cheese and peppers, and being very considerate of no-contact delivery. Big shoutout to whoever this was, you deserve a promotion!

We are incredibly disappointed in the poor customer service tonight. We called to place an order for two medium pizzas, after placing the order got put on hold for 10 minutes without anyone checking in while we waited to give our credit card information so we couldn't even finish the order. When the staff member finally returned she was so brief we ended up saying we'd just pay cash and before we could get her to tell us what time to expect our food she hung up. I called back to find out a time so that we could tell our hungry kids when to expect their dinner and asked if they were very busy and explained (to the manager) that we had been on hold for 10 minutes. No apology, no acknowledgment of this being inappropriate she simply attributed it to being busy. After repeatedly confirming that one of the pizzas was to be without sauce the pizzas arrived and that pizza had sauce. I called in attempt to set this straight as it was clearly not made correctly...the phone literally rang for 3 minutes and no one ever answered. NOT PLEASED. !
