I placed my order with a family meal coupon for 12.99 minus taxes. I live approximately 2.5 miles from this Burger King. I arrived home to discover that all of the burgers were cold, dehydrated and not warm in the slightest. Not to mention the cold condiments that only exasperated issue. Naturally, you want your condiments cold, but on a hot burger. I definitely won’t be returning to this Burger King . With inflation kicking in people can’t afford to gamble on take-out. At the very least, these fast food joints could make sure that the food of their customers is prepared properly.

I can't believe they keep doing the same thing after
two years I saw other people has posted that the
employees pretend they're not there when you pull
up at the drive thru. Same thing happened to me
We placed an order and went to pick it up and even
when we saw this guys inside he pretend he wasn't
there and run to hide behind the counter. I
Contacted customer service and they said I was
being refunded, well, they never gave me my
money back. I paid with a giftcard and they not only
took the 9 alls for the order but the whole $20 alls
out of the card. Unbelievable! I have never ordered
Bk before in my life and went from being nobody in
my radar to despise them completely. I hope this
place goes out of business and stop stealing from
people

Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. I’ve given this location multiple chances and every time I decide to give them another shot, they only disappoint worse. They never have the basics and when I’ve ordered online they will give you something else instead of letting you know that they are out of a specific item.

Terribly slow at a time where there's no rush. 30 minutes in drive through with only 2 cars in front of me. Refused to make a double quarter pounder but would make a single? Refuse to make oreo shakes.

This the most incompetent burger king I've ever been to. The employees are not trained to work the register, so if you want to adjust your order, they can't do it. Also, they'll forget your to add your condiments. They throw the bag of food in your car and don't care that all the food spilled all over your lap and onto the floor of your car. The drive thru girl clearly saw what she did and just turned around and walked away. Unbelievable, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This place is always closed before the close time listed on Google. One time, I spent 5 minutes waiting in front of the speaker at the drive thru only to tell me they were no longer taking orders. This place isn't the same without Patrick😪

I have tried many times to give this place a chance but everytime they fail. The drive thru is a nightmare. If you chose to go in, it's worse. I went in one day and I along with 3 other people stood in line waiting for someone to at least acknowledge we are there. I get they were busy and possibly short staffed but not even a hello. To make things worse, the manager was more worried about talking to a staff member all while turning around to look straight at us without saying anything. Even the other employees would pass by and not even look at us. It made me want to go back there and start leading the staff like a true manager should. When I finally was approached, not one apology or anything. Not even a proper greeting. It was "are you ready"? Never again.
