Pizza Hut

You could pay attention to when someone places an order for later delivery. I asked for my order to be delivered at 4:00 and I received a text saying it was out for delivery at 3:15 and was delivered at 3:30. My husband comes home from work at 4:00. Meaning he had to reheat his pizza to eat it. Other than that the food was good and the order was correct.

The app screwed up and didn't apply a deal selected and I was short a pizza. I had to pay 10 dollars more after their "discount" than the original deal. I also paid extra for a cup of extra cheese sauce. I asked them specifically if the sauce was in the order and they assured me they put it in there themself. I got home and there was no sauce. Also while waiting for my food my feet were sticking to the floor inside by the register. Pizza tasted good otherwise but it's not worth the headache...

Ordered pizza at 9:55 pm with a delivery time of 10:30pm. At 10:50pm I called them to see where my pizza was. I was told they knew it was ridiculous and they called a door dasher, if my pizza wasn't there in 20 minutes, they would take half off the price. They closed at 11pn.. I was contacted by door dash at 12:15 am stating... "you ordered from pizza hut? They are closed." I never received my pizza and I was charged for it. This is my second bad experience with pizza hut delivery and it will be my last.

Ordered online for pickup using the app, big pizza box w/pasta, breadsticks, a calzone, and cinnamon breadsticks with sugar icing for dessert. It was a little under $50 but it fed a family of four for two meals. The calzone & pizza were good, the pasta was ok. You have to go through the drive thru for pickup, their dining room is currently closed. I've had Pizza Hut before, and this was as good as others. No problems ordering, wait time, or being incorrect or messed up. Good, dependable food that I would order again.

I ordered 2 16pc wings & two large pizzas. I asked for contactless drop off and told them to leave it on the porch. The speed of the order was good, but the driver didn’t seem to comprehend the directions to leave it on the porch but was nice enough to call once they figured it out. The driver was polite and friendly but forgot 1 Order of wings or the store didn’t make it. I called the store back 3 time but all it did was ring and then hung up on me. That didn’t make me happy so I called the driver and explained what happened. The driver was very good about getting it right for us. But when she got back forgot to just leave it on the porch for contactless delivery which is understandable because a lot of people just don’t care anymore about precautions. Then after I got the wings inside to eat they ended up shorting me 6 wings so that really didn’t make me happy. So I will not but doing business with this establishment again, because of the driver or store forgetting part of the order, shorting me on food, and the inability to contact the store promptly.

My order was delivered in a reasonable amount of time, especially for a Friday evening. Also, this was my first experience with door dash. I was notified in advance Door Dash would be delivering. Then I was notified by the Door Dash delivery woman each step of progress until delivery of our order. She was prompt, friendly, and delivered our order in a Door Dash warmer bag. That was an extra perk!

2 nd time I order at this location and both of the times they failed me my order wasn't correct & first time second time had me waiting for 40mins and when I went to pickup they said they never received my order I had screenshot and confirmation number and they still couldn't figure it out really bad service I love pizza hut I always order at different locations from Colorado Kansas Missouri and Iowa & this is the first location I dislike will never buy pizza here again
