Kfc

Food was terrible, chicken was very dry and not fresh. Also we gave some of the chicken to our children and it was hot and spicy. Mac and cheese tasted burnt. Was really looking forward to eating KFC after not having it for a long time very disappointed. I encourage everyone to find another KFC to go to.

This was the second and last time I'm going to this place. I went last Monday; they got my order incorrect. I ordered a three-piece box and they gave me wings. I told them to correct the order and then on the second attempt, after waiting an extra 10 mins, they got it wrong again and gave me a two piece meal which was fried to hell. Tonight I went, feeling very hungry and it was on the way home. There was no one in the drive through when I pulled up. The lady came on the speaker to say please hold on a minute. I did. After 5 minutes I said hello again asking what's happening. She said hold on a little longer. I waited another 10 minutes. No one responded to me. I got tired of waiting and left. I WILL NEVER GO BACK and I will tell everyone I know not to. As I was driving out, there were no cars so I don't know what the hold up was. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

One of the worst KFC's I have ever been to. I specified "extra crispy" and they gave me dried out, burnt original recipe (leaving it in the fryer extra long doesn't make it extra crispy). I ordered a leg and thigh, they gave me a wing and breast. The biscuit was a hockey puck and they were out of mac n' cheese at 3pm. I love KFC and I am not picky. But this food was INEDIBLE. Will not be back. Sidenote, the meatless nuggets are horrible. They taste/smell like Burger King's chicken nuggets from back in 2000. The breading is not the same recipe/flavor as KFC.

Not happy with the price on line it shows 20.00 for a fill up! It took me 1/2 hour to get over there and the woman said we don’t carry them anymore why don’t they change the sights. I had to pay 27.71 for a bucket of chicken! I am retired that is a big dip in my pocket and also I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes talk about express. My husband went inside and they said no service inside. No more kfc for me. Ty

I placed an order through the KFC App on Sunday May 8, 2022 at the location on High St and Route 130 in Burlington NJ. It said that my order would be ready at 3:44 pm. I got to the drive-thru on time with 3 vehicles ahead of me. I ordered the Mother's Day special. After waiting in line for over 15 minutes I was told they didn't have the Mac n Cheese side I selected and it would be an over 30 minute wait so I decided to get another side instead. I then wait another nearly 15 minutes to get my order. That was NOT fast food and spent nearly $30.

I was served this today, spent almost thirty dollars on a hard chicken Sand which, a famous bowl that look like it’s been sitting for 24 hrs and hard white and dark meat chicken, every time I go there it’s a disappointment shut this place down at this point they don’t care what their serving their customers after we work hard for our money just to be serve trash! How can I send this to Corporate?
