In-n-out Burger

The employees here are so professional and kind! I absolutely love this place! As Anthony Bourdain put it, “My favorite restaurant in California”. I am never disappointed here! Go for the protein style (use lettuce to replace the bread), double double, with regular onions, lettuce, spread and MOST IMPORTANTLY, chilis. I had the pleasure of Jared holding the door open for me as I entered. I felt like I was entering, “The Four Seasons”. He also asked me how I was doing. You don’t see this type of customer service anymore, pretty much ANYWHERE! Absolutely incredible. I was then served by, Russell Smith who took my order at the cash register. I heard him say, “No Tomato (British Accent) repeating my order back to me. I asked him where he was from. Russell, said he was from South Africa. We then talked about how they speak, “Farmers Dutch” there. He said how’d you know that and I told him some of my best friends live in Netherlands and they told me that. We both laughed and finished my order. The American dream is still alive here. I just witnessed a prime example. Keep up the great work guys! This is why I always choose In-N-Out Burger as my go to fast food spot! You guys ROCK!
