Ordered promo special $4.99 Footlong Black Forest ham + add Turkey. Watched employee add 4 slices of Turkey after 8 slices of ham. Was then charged for a Turkey footlong @$7.59+$3 extra ham fee. Asked why I did not get the $4.99 promo+$3 extra Turkey fee. He says,since I added extra meat to my promo sandwich... it is no longer the promo sandwich and is considered a regular sandwich. He could of informed me of this before making the sandwich. And to add to the issue, he could NOT accept CASH, Only CREDIT CARD transactions! Wow! This employee needs more training! Never going backto this Subway, I'll switch to the other subway across town

Don’t show up when they open. No bread ready except leftovers from the day prior and staff taking a break @ 11:20. Went to the Subway down the street. Bread was fresh & staff ready to serve their customers. This store can learn something from the store @ Arniell & Ponderosa.

Fast service when you visit weekdays, employees are nice and helpful all the time. They should change the hand gloves after each subs they make.

This location has a bathroom 😀, but no wifi. It is clean and the staff is friendly. Had some good healthy sandwiches here.
