Knightsbridge Penthouse

Have had drinks here between 5 and 9pm several times. The ambience is awesome. In the early evening it's usually pretty quiet so you don't have to wait for service and the friendly bar staff will be happy to chat. The cocktails are fine but beer on tap would be nice. No food is served other than crisps or nuts, which is a shame, but I guess this is more of a late night venue than a place to eat. I can't comment on it in that capacity as I've never stayed after the DJ arrives. But for an early evening drinks spot, I love the Nighty and highly recommend it.

If you go there anytime before 11pm expect a nice cocktail bar with a good atmosphere and friendly staff who are happy to make you something to your taste of create an old classic for you. I go there during the week to have a good conversation with friends. After 11pm it changes a bit - very much a locals bar where a dance and a few good drinks are a must. DJs play classic hits and great sing alongs. Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights are about fun - making friends with strangers is something that happens often. If you're there to complain I guess you are missing the point of places like these. Pretentious attitudes will get you nowhere, but bringing a smile and some killer dance moves will leave you richer with new friends.
