Ding Dong Tachinomi Bar

We just had the best dinner at Ding Dong! If you’re looking for Asian fusion, this place is phenomenal. We ate the JFC wings, the prawn bao (not on the menu, pork belly bao, and the Tokyo fries. Everything was cooked to perfection. We were blown away by our food. Everything tasted so good! The staff is super kind and friendly. It’s a small restaurant so not a ton of seating. We ordered a brownie for dessert. It was ok. Their strong point is everything else. Hubby and I left very full. We’re Isaac and Shilpa. We sold everything to travel the world. This unassuming bao-house in a hidden alcove on a quiet street amongst pastel coloured Portuguese buildings sports a humble menu of silky, pillowy steamed buns. The fillings are simple, but ambitious, marrying skilled cooking with powerful flavour and texture. All of this served by a bunch of warm, honest guys.
