Las Iguanas - Mermaid Quay

We had booked a table for bottomless brunch this evening (Friday) and were welcomed very warmly. There were 9 of us and in our heads, really thought it would be a while between drinks and food orders. Olivia was outstanding. She was well ahead of the game and had our drink orders on lock, well before we even did. The food was delicious and the atmosphere brilliant. Special shout out to Olivia, who was just outstanding all evening

It’s the first time, I’m visiting Cardiff, Wales and coming from London. I spontaneously came across this Mexican restaurant. I needed a socket next to the table to recharge my phone. The host showed me a very good spot, smiled and also waiters were quite friendly. The service was fantastic. I ordered a meat burrito with fries and also a couple of mocktails. The food was very tasty and quite filling as well. I’d say there is a bit more crushed ice in mocktails but it’s fine they tasted great. Atmosphere was lovely too. I sat by the window so that I can also see the view. Overall, my experience in this Mexican restaurant was absolutely amazing!

I recently dined here and had an outstanding experience thanks to their exceptional server, Greta. From the moment I walked in, Greta's warm smile and attentive service made me feel right at home. She went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Not only was Greta attentive and friendly, but she also made fantastic recommendations that perfectly suited my taste buds. The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection.

Haven't had a good Mexican in a long long time. Food was soooo good and the view of the bay was nice. One downside. Is the music honestly I would turn it off. It gave me a headache and I couldn't hear the others talking I'm heard of hearing so didn't like that. But the service was very nice. The staff was kind and pleasant. Had nice time and enjoyed it.

It may have been a rainy February evening outside, but Lyn was all the sunshine we needed! From the moment we arrived she was friendly and efficient. The drinks (lovely cocktails!) and food arrived quickly, and we really enjoyed the music. Lyn and the team took good care of us with smiles on their faces and we left with smiles on ours!
