The + It's a small cozy type of SB, and the line was not bad. I like SB. ☕
Note: I stepped out of the line, just as it was my turn to order because of the cashier 👇🏽.
The - The glass case has a lot of dust and old watermark rings on it (from previous day's drink displays). The doors are filthy with tons of grime and fingerprints all over the glass...yuk. The cashier was under her apron with her hands inside her pants, hiking them up. I get a black coffee, which most cashiers serve. I don't want to be served by someone who just had their hands inside their pants. 😪 It's not sanitary. It doesn't make a good clean impression for the customers.

One of the original and best starbucks locations in Carlsbad. Much better than the grocery store locations the staff are very friendly and willing to help. I recommend getting the double chocolate chip frappe with whip cream.

Not all Starbucks are created equal. This is the best of the best. Great friendly, helpful, and patient service and the lattes are soooooo fine.

Staff is always friendly and the store itself is nearly always clean. The staff also generally get my order out pretty quick even during the lunch rush. There are a couple regulars who frequent inside to plug in so finding tables inside might be a little difficult, but there is a abundance of seating outside. Other than one warning is that the store next door under construction so be ready to hear the noises of construction.

This is a nice and great place if you just want to hang out with friends. People really enjoy this place. It has got great hot chocolate for any kids and great coffee like any other Starbucks. This place is so good for people to hang out there is even a Twitch streamer who plays games there often with no difficulty what so ever due to the blazing fast WiFi’s provided by google.

Went to pick up a traveler box of dark roast to deliver to some Saturday duty nurses, but it wasn't ready when I got there. Only had to hang around for a total of about ten minutes. They apologized for not having it ready on time, and comped it.
Earned a lot of bonus points there!
Tipped them for their integrity.

I walked into this Starbucks to get a coffee. I went to the bathroom first and I could not believe how dirty it was. Dirty floor covered with paper towels looked like a toilet may have been leaking. Toilet seat still had a cover on it. I went out to tell the young lady behind the counter and she just shrugged her shoulders. So I walked out to get my coffee elsewhere. Very disgusting and disappointed.
