Spoiled meat, how can they get away with this? I used the drive-thru to order one chicken sandwich, one sourdough sandwich. Upon arrival in San Diego I ate first the chicken sandwich, which tasted less than OK, but I was hungry. The first bite on the sourdough sandwich confirmed the bad quality of the food. I find it ridiculous to pay full price without objection, then be unable to obtain in return a quality, fresh meal. Careless food handling should be investigated by whomever is in charge of supervising these restaurants. Jack-in-the-box has never been my favorite, now I know I'll never buy food again from any restaurant of this chain. From now on I will definitely inspect and try my food right at the window before driving off.

As you can see in some of the pics, the place was not clean with food under the chairs and tables, waiting to be cleaned. There was no one at the counter and we had to wait for more than 5 mins. A couple of staff walked in and out and kept seeing us waiting and didn't say a word. Food came fast.

Went to drive thru. Placed order and then was told they could only take cash. Said ok...went to window and he had deleted our order. Had to redo. Ask for condiments of ketchup and salt. Got about 20 packets of ketchup and another 29 packets of taco sauce.. No salt.. think they need some training.. like maybe tell customer cash only before taking orders.
