The Cheesecake Factory

This was my first time ever going to a Cheesecake Factory restaurant and it was a awesome experience. The food was delicious 🤤 and the waitress was really nice and kept checking on us. And of course the cheesecake was delicious too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy a nice meal.

We got there pretty late knowing the wait could be up to an hour. We weren't seated till 45 minutes before closing. We chose to sit outside because we had our dog with us. Our server was a recent hire and had a hard time getting the bread and drinks out to the table in a timely manner. However, as the restaurant cleared out, the rest of the service was prompt. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They had run out of chicken, so we had to substitute for one of the dishes (even though the manager came a little later and notified us that they were making our original order... We got the substitute.) Still, the food was amazing and everyone loved their desserts. Update: We were seated inside this time (opted for 1st available) as most were on the wait-list for a patio table. Our server was a delightful woman with a gentle accent. She was perfect: gave us just the right amount of time to decide what we were ordering, got our orders right, brought our drinks and food out right away, and was just very charming to my kids. Everyone loved their dishes so much that two of us couldn't even take a bite of our dessert. We order the loaded potato tots as an appetizer and I got the salad with beets, avocado, citrus, and arugula (so good). Two of us ordered burgers (stuffed cheese and bacon bacon), two ordered pasta (spaghetti and meatballs and the Bistro shrimp), and the birthday boy ordered the truffle honey chicken cutlets (outstanding). We had such a pleasant time.

My second experience at this particular Cheesecake Factory with something happening this time I received chicken with blood in it on the phone now with them to see what is going to happen will give an update. When we went there the first time the sauce was watered down, pink, and sweet tasting. The manager apologized and sent a gift card in the mail to make things right. We decided to use the gift card today and I ordered a well done burger and received this. Also ordered extra kimchi and received none. Not even worth calling for a refund as we don't plan to eat here again.

The everything flatbread pizza was delicious but I was a little disappointed by the house salad. Tossed greens and 4 small tomato wedges pre-tossed with blue cheese dressing. If you're like me I'd like to add my dressing myself. I also had a drink with my meal and I have to say that was done very well. I feel their food is a bit overpriced we paid over $100 for three people at lunch.
