Panera Bread

Panera Bread isn’t like it used to be, now you order on a screen and pay there also. No one that worked there was even in the front area, I didn’t see any workers until I walked by the kitchen and then I saw them. The place does not appear to be very clean especially around the fountain machine and trash cans. A guy was walking around with a dirty rag wiping down tables so he was not using soap and not sanitizing the tables. I ordered a Greek salad that was made with field greens , NO feta, tomatoes and there was an almond in it which I am very allergic to all nuts. I wanted to post the picture of the salad but I don’t see a way to attach it.

Monday 4/4/22 a customer walks in with a dog the size of a pony. Not a service dog, and the customer wore a mask to protect himself. The customer was not asked to leave the dog outside. When will we stop catering to those people?! Outside of the health and hygiene issue... what if someone with high allergies to certain animals is eating in the restaurant? What if this person has to be hospitalized?

A) Where is Joe the cookie man? Covid is over, we go there specifically to see him and you haven't brought him back! We miss his smiling face! B) long, long, long line yet only 1 cashier at dinner time!!!! C) place is still filthy. D) cashier couldn't count change. My total was $11.09, I gave her $11.25 and it blew her mind! Then, after she failed to do it in her head, she tried to do the math on her cell phone and couldn't. I had to tell her how much she owed. Please have your cashiers know how to do basic, simple math in their heads! E) Can't advertise your food is "healthy ", if it's not organic/nonGMO, and for the price, it should be. Correct these issues and I will come back. Till then, I'll eat elsewhere.

Better make sure you have a lot of time to wait for your pickup order to be ready, especially on a weekend. Estimated ready time was 7:10p, but it wasn't actually ready until 7:40p. The food was alright but the cobb salad was clearly premade (very cold) and the classic chicken noodle soup was literally 5 noodles with a single spoonful of shredded chicken in about 4oz of slightly warm broth for $8. Not convenient and not a good value. Not a good first impression.
