I used to LUV Carl's Jr. The size & quality has gone down & the prices are up - but prices are up everywhere. The wheat buns you could ask for forever are now gone. & I don't like white bread. & the hamburger meat wasn't very good. You have to upgrade to the Angus beef I guess if you want a good hamburger. Not going there anymore after 20+ years 😞

This place sucks! Ordered the Carl's Jr. Double Jalapeno Burger. Nothing what is advertised. Piece of garbage. First pick is what is advertised on the menu. Second picture is reality. So gross. I threw it away.

They didn't have the grill on as it was getting close to closing time. They only offered fried items such as fries, onion rings and stuffed jalapeños

12/28/21: the dining room is not open. Drive thru is the only option available and can take a long time, especially when the drive thru operator skips cars/doesn't communicate with cars until they get to the window so you have to wait for food to be prepared.

The service is horrible they made my milkshake and it was disgusting the whip cream was all over the cap and the “manager” shut the glass window in my face as I was telling her to remake it. her name started with k and there was a new employee and was telling him it was his fault. Poor guy. the only problem here was the girl.

First off, terrible customer service. We were asking how big one of the burgers are and the guy was talking like as if he was high and asking what size combo we wanted instead of answering our question of how big one of the burgers are. Secondly, we called the phone number on the receipt to talk to a manager about it and they left us waiting on the phone 40 minutes while we can hear them goofing off laughing with each other. Thirdly, we both became sick from the meal (food poisoning) really fast. What’s with the terrible service? AND terrible food? Is the meat even real? Because I’ve had angus beef and that burger tastes so fake, unbelievable. 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤨👎👎👎👎

One of the worst Carls Jr in the area. Fries are soggy and uncooked. Food is always sub par. Only eat here when on a time crunch and need a quick burger. If you want a good burger at almost the same cost. Go up the street to the place that rhymes with The Rabbit. Lol
