Chili's Grill & Bar

Very disappointing. Chile’s has always been somewhat disappointing to me, but this one… I hardly have the words. When I arrived the wait time was 45 minutes, which wasn’t so bad. Once I was seated they took my order. I ordered the brisket quesadillas. It took about an hour just to receive my meal! After a few bites I noticed PLASTIC! It was in my food! I don’t want that going into me, so I was done. Now I’m going to have find somewhere else to eat! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Brace yourself for serious disappointment! I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex bowl. I paid a little more for extra corn & bean salsa and avocados - there were none. Food was cool to the touch, and I can’t help but feel like someone might have helped themselves to some of it. I normally let things go but this was so awful compared to all the other Chili’s I’ve visited over the years that my inner Karen was triggered. Unless I’ve somehow managed to get on the Chili’s blacklist, or this franchise is run by disaffected teenagers, I don’t understand how a meal can be so poorly executed. I hope this review serves as a warning to other potential victims, go somewhere else!

Impressive visit. Ordered online and our food was hot and was ready for pick up. The kind young lady who brought out our food was friendly and professional. She assured us that tips were not required, but she didn't say they aren't allowed. We appreciated that, as the website makes it seem as though there is no other option.

Try for yourself I have to say this is the worst restaurant I ever been too. I waited 1 1/2 to get a table which was fine I figured I would have too wait for a table. The problem started when we got a table I guess since we had a party of 7 (4 adults and three kids) they took are time with are order we place are order at 7:50 it is now 8:51 still no order the waitress said she can’t give us a time on when it would be ready she stated maybe another 30min restaurant empty n were still waiting chk for yourself

If I could give it a 0 stars I would. For starters the employees had a face like they didn’t want to be there. Second we placed an order for an appetizer and it was given to another table which had just arrived and they even said they hadn’t not ordered it. Then they tried giving our food to that same table, I just saw how the waiter took our food back to the kitchen and it just sat there waiting for our actual waiter to say what table it belonged too. When we received our food, we were missing our fries and the sirloin steak which we asked for a medium rare was well done and we got charged for food that we didn’t even get. Very disappointed in this Chili’s.

Food was good the first time I ordered curbside. First curbside order was ready 20 mins after pickup time. Ordered Ribeye steak, loaded mash taters, steamed broccoli and a caesar salad. Steak was perfect. For today I order half rack ribs, loaded mash taters and house salad. Ordered curbside 30 mins ahead, got there at 6:53pm pick up time. I got off my truck at 7:35pm to ask for my food and it was sitting ready to be bagged on the counter. Food wasn't warm and mashed taters were a little hard and food was blah tonight. I should have just followed suit along with everyone else getting off their vehicles to get there food. Gave it 3 stars for the steak. Curbside deserves 1 star.
