Papa Murphy's

Huge Papa Murphy's fan. Will not go back to this location. Crust stuck and did not rise like it should have. There were hardly any toppings or sauce. Very disappointed. It's our tradition to order pizza on Christmas Eve and this year was very disappointing **update** 1-7-21 We tried again. I asked for no cheese on 1/2 due to an allergy. I called the order in, picked it up 10 minutes later. When I started cutting the pizza, I noticed there was cheese inside the no cheese side (Chicago stuffed). I called and asked for the manager. She said she could not give me a refund. Another disappointment. I love supporting local people but not when orders are not made correctly.

Just wanted to stop and say that I'm blown away every time I go to this location. The manager that runs it is extremely kind and is incredibly good at customer service. Her dedication to her job is what makes this location successful.I've had chicken bacon artichoke pizzas with olive oil and garlic all over the United States from different Papa Murphy's. But what really sets it apart is the genuine care that she gives each and every time I come. If Papa Murphy's had more managers like her this company would grow so much faster. Thanks again

Sam Walton once told his employees, “There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else.” Papa Murphy’s has just been fired! I walked I. Without a mask and was immediately told, “You have to have a mask on to be in here!” Are you not aware that there are exemptions to this mask rule? I have no tolerance any more…you’re fired! I’ll never be back!!!!!

Papa Murphy's always has great pizzas. They have lots of choices and sides too. The staff at the Cedar Park location are always super friendly! Oh, and did I mention the great prices!
