Dang! I ordered - for the first time ever - the Filet Medallions, $19.99. This plate comes with three small filets, totaling 9oz, on a bed of rice, PLUS two sides. I had loaded potato and Cesar salad. The waitress (Jess) said, "It's really good and one of the most underrated dishes". She was right (and very kind too). This meal was excellent! I chose both the Mushroom sauce and Peppercorn sauce. Both delicious! I tell you .. I was (am) stuffed and it was cooked perfectly. My new favorite for sure! Can't beat the deal or the price. Get Some!

Don’t waste your time. Drive 15 minutes further to the one in Hagerstown. The service here is terrible and incredibly incompetent. Meals come out in random intervals. If you get a sampler platter the sauce for the wings covers everything on the plate. Clearly the sauce was poured on the plate and not tossed with the wings. Potato skins were dryer then dust. The manager was incredibly defensive and clearly has no ability to lead a restaurant. I have never been this disappointed at a roadhouse.

$$ The food is good. I was seated quickly and it was definitely “dinner time”. Staff was very friendly. Lot’s of 20 something ladies in tight jeans with nice booties if that’s your thing! Ladies, take your husband here and you can break his chops on the ride home! Fellas, don’t be a creepy old man. Just be discreet and take it all in! 🥩🍸🍹👯‍♀️👯‍♀️🤩🤩🤩😍🥳

The steak was cooked property. The service was excellent. Selina was our server. She was friendly and attentive, noticed when we we might want another beverage, asked if she could clear when we completed our meals and didn't just drop the check down when we were finished. I appreciate good old fashioned service.

We were a party of 7 that was visiting Harrisburg and decided to stop for dinner. From the beginning of the meal, we were only given half of the salads ordered and we had to ask for the remaining salads and when they came one of the salads was not correct. The server did say that she would bring the correct salad. There was an error with an order of chili as well. We asked for bread multiple times but never received any throughout the whole visit. The person who brought our food again, only brought half the meals and told us that she would be bringing the rest in just a minute. The ones who received their meals were almost finished by the time the waitress came to check on our table. She didn't even notice that half of the party did not have their meals. We had to ask for the meals and when the plates came the meals were not hot. Also, when we asked for the the other half of our tables meals we had to also ask for drink refills. We have eaten at multiple Texas Roadhouse restaurants but have never had this bad of an experience. The poor service was the reason for this complaint not so much the restaurant itself. The servers name was Carly and the restaurant we visited was located in Harrisburg, Pa on 3529 Union Deposit Rd.

I had 9 people in our party . The waiter was great an tried his best to seat us together but they need a bigger space for large groups I. Was a special birthday an we had to split our group. We had people from out of town an we had told them early we were coming with 9 people. The waiter an food great. Seating terrible.

I am usually generous with my ratings. However, when the online [carryout] ordering app emphasizes a tip, and I give a tip, and the employees will not provide extra rolls when I pick up my meals, well then, I will not be leaving any tips for my online carryout orders in the future. This location will not even allow the extra rolls to be purchased.
