Applebee's

$2.99 for a Pepsi and they charge on refills. I feel like that policy is so out of the normal for this area that they should tell you before you get a refill. Staff could not print off a receipt. Staff asked manager to help but he apparently refused to come out from the back. My past experience with this store has been that the manager came around to check on things. Apparently not anymore. I can appreciate not having enough staff but I will go elsewhere that has reduced staff but still managed good service. I recommend Green Village in Chambersburg

We came to Applebee's for my daughter's 21st birthday. But that would be the only positive thing I could say. Normally when we go in there the energy and atmosphere is inviting but not the day we came in. It's been awhile since I last was in there and because of our recent experience, it will be awhile till we come back.

Horrible service! We were the only people in line waiting to be seated for 20 minutes. 3 girls walked by us & never said a word to us about being seated or the wait time. It took us walking through the restaurant to the bar to as to be seated. The girl got a snotty attitude & told us it would be at least a 30 minute wait. Needless to say with a more than empty restaurant & no one other than is waiting to be seated 30 minutes is in acceptable & we left. This what’s at 5:30 on a Sunday evening. Do better Applebees!!

Four stars instead of five because that's what I do for a place that insists on having a bunch of TVs on. We were seated in a section of booths that was completely empty when we came in. Then the next several parties that came in were seated on either side of us and then elsewhere in the row of booths. What happened to social distancing? There are plenty of other places in here where people could have been seated. I initially ordered coffee but switched to a Pepsi after I mentioned that I take honey in my coffee and was told that they didn't have any. My chicken and shrimp dish was brought out on a metal platter in a wooden holder and was still doing a lot of sizzling. Which suggests that it was also continuing to cook. I'm not sure that this is a good idea. The food was good, and I also have no complaints whatsoever about the service, other than the bit about seating everybody close together.

Terrible service. The food was terrible and so is the service. I ordered a medium well steak it came out overly done as a matter of fact the steak was burnt. When said something to waitress manager come out and only took a measly $5 off the bill the bill was $48 and he only took $5 off. If I were you I would save your time and money and dine elsewhere this restaurant has really gone downhill
