Jimmy John's

Friendly, fast staff. Store and bathrooms were super clean. It is situated in a shopping center that can be a bit confusing to get to. It feels like driving you are cutting through several parking lots, on the backside of the businesses, to get there. Because of that, I'd say the location is inconvenient and frustrating. Food was delicious as expected though!

Since the store has been under new management compared to when they first opened, customer service is SUPER great! They take the time to explain things to you, and make sure your order is correct. They make up their faults when mess ups do occur. Employees are very friendly, and listen well! 10/10 prices are still cheaper than subway for a bigger sandwich. No hot subs though, maybe the overall franchise should open that up?

There’s only 1 entrance to get to Jimmy Johns so It can be confusing especially if it’s your first time coming here. However, the restaurant is very clean, service is fast whether you dine in or go through their drive thru. Staff is pleasant and they’ve always gotten my orders right. The bread they use is fresh and makes the subs taste great. I’ve tried ham, turkey, roast beef and tuna before and the ham is my favorite. Wasn’t a fan of the roast beef though but that’s more due to personal preference. The lettuce and tomatoes are fresh and crispy and their cookies are yummy but a little overpriced.

I absolutely love Jimmy Johns, I eat there any chance I get. The prices are pretty reasonable (I can usually eat there for under $7 where at Chick fil a down the street, anything you order is $8 at least just for fries and a chicken sandwich). I also love the fact that their sandwiches are so customizable and they make it right there in front of you. The bread is always crusty and thick. My favorite part though is the pickle, those are heavenly. The only thing I think I could find to complain about is their sandwich making is a little slower compared to other Jimmy Johns stores.

Excellent. Fast, accurate service and the staff will answer any questions you have. They communicate about the menu options with the patience you'd expect from a good customer service operation. I usually go for the "Unwich" option which is a bun-less hoagie wrapped in lettuce. Fantastic! Some places who offer similar 'no bread' options leave you feeling hungry, but the Unwich is no joke! I deducted 1 star only because there are no hot sub options (cheese steak, meatball, etc.), but for what they do offer, they make it very, very well.

It was my first visit on a Friday night. Fast service friendly staff. The girl behind the counter explained the menu to us. There are no warm subs at this place. They have nothing to use to heat them up. I was disappointed due to it being so cold outside. J J marketing needs to rethink the menu and make Hot subs. You can get a cold sub at any supermarket

Today was the first time ever eating at Jimmy Johns. Was excited to eat there as I heard much about their subs. Found out it is not great at all. They DO NOT offer military discounts and when I ordered my sub I as told they only have one size. Which was to big for what I needed. Total for that sub and chips and small drink was over $9.00!! Yicks. Was not that great of a sandwich for that price. Was ok.
