Cracker Barrel

I've always enjoyed the food ar Cracker Barrell. Especially the breakfasts. The portions are generous and the menu selection is extensive. This location is conveniently located off Route 81 and near severalhotels. The parking lot is large and the dining area is also large. The tables are spread out a nice distance apart from one another. The tables and dining area were clean. It is well staffed and the service is friendly. The food was good and didn't have to wait long too be served. My only complaint was that the restrooms were not very clean.

My second time here, and the food and the service were excellent on both occasions. I can highly recommend the catfish, though I prefer the version without all of the breading. The homestyle chicken was also quite tasty. We were lucky to arrive at a time when they were not terribly busy, and were seated immediately, and service by our server Odessa was both prompt and thorough. We will no doubt be eating here again.

Always a great experience. Love the atmosphere of memories bought back as you look up as you walk in, everything has its place & in the winter the smell of wood from the huge fireplace makes you so relaxed, it's not overbearing just a Suttle smell. I recommend taking your time to enjoy all that is offered at Cracker Barrel.
