I ordered delivery and NONE of my items were right AND the food looked disgusting. I urge whoever management is to look into getting new employees because even when I go through the drive thru it takes no less than 40 minutes every time because the workers simply do not know how to do their job. This was gross there’s what looks to be food on the inside of my milkshake brim AND the whipped cream looks like someone dipped their finger in it and had a taste, something that wouldn’t have happened if they actually covered the tops before they sent orders out. UNACCEPTABLE.

We ordered two of the Honey BBQ popcorn chicken meals in a large, and ended up getting a small combo for both meals. They charged us for a large though and didn’t give us a receipt. By the time we realized it, it was too late. Also, when they handed us our drinks they were spilled all over the top and side. The chicken was all stale and cold breading chunks with no chicken inside, and we couldn’t even poke it with the forks. Never going back!!!

I love their tater tots and corn dogs. I don't like about Sonic is you can barely hear them whenever you're at the intercom thing to order your food and it takes forever to get your order they're so slow. But on the plus side the foods always been good and hot and they have a clean bathroom.

Incredibly disappointed. We knew that this sonic does take a long time for the drive through, so we placed an online order so we wouldn’t have to wait. We got there and immediately had issues with the website being unable to check us in, maybe it’s just not user friendly but eventually it accepted that we in fact were there and then we proceeded to wait 10 minutes more for our order that we had already placed 15 minutes ago despite watching multiple cars got through the drive through. Well we got our food and… it wasn’t good. It had clearly been sitting waiting to be delivered for a bit (the Cheese on my tots was congealed). The eggs on the burrito were so grimy from a grill that could have used a clean many moons ago that my husband literally could not finish it. However, the slushy‘s and drinks are actually quite good even though they forgot the one and we had to ask for it. And the single employee that we encountered was quite lovely. She was doing a good job but they clearly just needed some more help. So sonic incorporated if you’re reading this just hire some more employees and pay them decently and bring back your rollerskates please. thank you

Ridiculously long wait and no signs up saying the drive in part wasn't in use and you must use drive thru for service. 2nd bad experience at this location. The first time I ordered onion rings and they came out half cooked and all the breading had fallen off. They were soggy and inedible.

We ordered over their app and watched the drive through line build and then get service. We Pre-paid over the app but they can serve people who have not paid yet. Waited for over 25 mins and even pressed the button and got told our food will be out as soon as possible. It took over 40 mins to get our food very disappointed in the service here. If you have 30+ mins to wait after doing a online order to save money then this is your place! Haha won’t be coming here for a long time very mad.

Food was really good but..... we went through the drive-thru and while they were open the workers were spray a pressure washer inside next to the food while it was being made. They then wiped the cup lids down after they were full of drink so they werent soaked for the customer. That is horribly gross to me. I almost pulled away but probably wont be going back. Water was going everywhere, I never saw anything like it.

I grew up in Oklahoma so I've eaten Sonic all my life. I live in Franklin County Pennsylvania now and the Chambersburg Pennsylvania Sonic has become the worst restaurant in town.
This actually happened, no joke... I ordered through the online app. I get to stall 18. I loudly and obnoxiously hear, Go to the drive thru. Clearly, they are understaffed. After we told them it was an online order, they loudly and obnoxiously said, Stay There. No manners, just plain rude.
Here's the kicker. Onion rings were in my order but not in my bag. They were already paid for. I get it, mistakes happen. Perhaps an employee just forgot to place them in the sack. When we pressed the buzzer at stall 18 and told them we didn't get our onion rings, the girl said, we don't have onion rings right now.
Think about it. We paid for onion rings. They didn't have onion rings. They did not tell us they did not have onion rings. They were perfectly fine taking our money for onion rings. Where I come from that is called STEALING!!!
After I called them on their dirty little trick, they substituted some mozzarella sticks which are normally delicious but tasted cold. They were horrible.
SONIC CHAMBERSBURG PENNSYLVANIA. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. TRAIN YOUR STAFF. SERVE GOOD FOOD AND DON'T STEAL FROM THE CUSTOMER.
IF you can't do the above, shut down, go away and leave because the Sonic's in the South and Midwest do it right.
GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER SONIC CHAMBERSBURG PENNSYLVANIA!
DO IT RIGHT OR GET OUT OF HERE. RIGHT NOW, YOUR AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THE SONIC NAME.
