Pretzel Plus

I used to frequent this supercenter weekly, but adjust over 2 years ago it took a turn for the worst. Employees in almost every store location are extremely overworked and under appreciated which often leads to then being rude and very unhelpful. I have visited a few times over the last 7 months and nothing seems to have really changed. My hope for this location and many others is that they'll be able to find managers and employees that are compassionate to each other as well as provide a more appealing work place allowing it to be a more pleasant shopping experience. 2/10... for now. Will edit if I see improvement.

Other than my wife made me shop there for 4 hours with her, then she made me smell all laundry detergent fabric softener & then all the secents of candles! All ya then she made me walk through the food side,untill we got up to to front. That's when I smell the wings & made get hungry. All in all it was good! 🙃

Prices are great here but they need to order stuff more frequently because they are always out of something! It’s not uncommon to find bare shelves. Bathrooms are always clean and well stocked but you’ll find clothes thrown all over the place in the clothing department and the ladies that work the fitting room area can be quite nasty and rude. Employees from other departments are usually much more pleasant. Theres never enough registers open so the lines are always long. I have a love hate relationship with Walmart. Wouldn’t come here if it wasn’t for their unbeatable deals.

Last time I was there I bought 2 propane tank exchange and the cashier called for someone to meet me at the propane station outside the store. I waited for a Walmart employee to come for 10 minutes and noone showed. I called the store...noone answered the phone ( I called 3 times). At this point I was very upset and agitated, a 10 minute visit is what this should have been...instead it took an hour and I had to go into the store 2 times for this visit. Went into the store and went to customer service desk...and stood at the desk while 4 employees behind the counter were more interested finding out when their breaks were instead of helping customers. When I finally got someone to help and I at this point was boiling mad....I explained my problem and that I called the store and I found out at that time ...or I was told that the phone was in the dressing room area and that the associate was probably helping someone else and that is why my call wasn't answered. Why on god's green earth is the phones in the dressing room area and not at the customer service desk....LWE Walmart needs someone to train their employees properly...including managers in that building.
