Nice place if you want to customize your donuts. The only thing which we didn’t like were the donuts were premade and not hot from the inside. But yes she did do the dip and the toppings in front of us. I would go there again if I feel like building my own donut.

This place was HEAVEN for my sister and I! We thoroughly enjoyed everyone of the donuts we ordered and plus the 2 after the original order 😀! The staff was nice and we sat and tasted them. We will come back here on our next trip here!!

This is a good location and the staff are usually very friendly. There’s one guy who doesn’t like his job, but he’s not rude- just disengaged.
The donuts are always fresh and usually very good. Once in a while, they’re a little greasy but not very often.
The hours posted in Maps are incorrect, so either call the store if you’re unsure if they’ll be open or try to enter an order on the app. It won’t let you choose a time they’re closed.
Parking can be tough and the sidewalk is tight for wheelchairs, so plan to go slow and be patient. If you’re pretty mobile, it’s easier to park at the grocery store and walk.

I decided to bring in a treat for my team to celebrate St. Patrick's Day weekend and give them a little pick me up on a Friday morning. KENNEDY did an amazing job decorating my dozen donuts! The pre-made menu makes ordering a variety pack super easy.

The fresh Oreo Donut was out of this world! The chocolate crumbles were melting in my mouth and the donut itself is super moist, warm and soft! Probably one of the (if not the best) donut I ever had! I've had duck donut before but always for take out or in an office environment. However I can highly recommend to go to their locations here in Charlotte to try a fresh made donut, it will change your life!

Stopped in with all the kiddos and Duck Donuts did not disappoint!! We loved the amazing assortment of flavor choices. The freshness is unbeatable (they literally make it right in front of you). And the donuts are oh so delicious. Not to mention, their shakes are amazing. How can you possibly go wrong with a donut topped milkshake?! 5 stars from all of our crew!! Highly recommend stopping on by.

Staff was nice, donuts were hot & made to order, and there is a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Every donut I got was pretty tasty. I've heard many good things about this place and it's all true...a must visit!

One of the best donut in the world. It is excellent. The donut is very crunchy, yet very tasty. The selection of the donut taste is amazing, especially the chocolate-bacon and the chocolate explosive. The donuts are simply amazing.
The place only have few tables and chairs. The restroom is clean. The service is good. Again, the donuts is simply amazing.

Very good and very fresh. For a “design your own donut@ and specialty donut, the prices are also good.
The cashier was very helpful and patient with us as we had never been. It was really cool to see all of the concoctions you can come up with on your own order sheet to have made.
It is also to cool to watch them make your order from batter to toppings, boxed and ready to go as they call your ticket number. It was awesome to watch that.
They also have coffee, drinks, and water (free) for you to drink.
