Viva Chicken - Ballantyne

Mersaydez was my cashier and she was very patient with me and my client due to it being my client first time and she had a little line, but didn’t get frustrated and didn’t rush us, food came out very fast and fresh also the lady who brought it out had very good customer service I highly recommend this Viva Chicken for a place to eat inside very clean and organized.

Ordered a large order online for about 25 people (they all wanted their individual order). I called in a few days before to ensure they were able to fulfill the order without causing them hardship. The order was timely and tasted delicious! The team was incredibly happy! The GM assisted me in retrieving receipts as well. Thank you so much! This is the second time I have ordered from this location and has always been a great experience!

Visiting from out of state for a conference. Saw this place had rave reviews so I decided to see what the hype was about. Huy was very kind to go over the menu and make his recommendations. We ended up getting rotisserie chicken and Limena Chopped salad. Both entrees were delicious. The chicken was juicy and the salad was not overly seasoned. 10/10 would recommend.

First time here. Mersaydez was amazing!!! Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and always smiling!!! She even asked if we would like to sample some drinks. I fell in love with the Herbal Limeade. I ordered 1/4 chicken (all white meat extra charge) with 2 sides (fruit and sweet potato fries.) The chicken was delicious!!! It was hot, tender and juicy!!! The sweet potato fries were subpar, lacked flavor, not hot and kinda stayed too long in the fryer. The fruit was ok except when I bit into several orange seeds. I'll definitely come back but order different sides.
