Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

The Philly Cheesesreak Egg Rolls was not to my liking. All the other friends with me thought it was good. I ordered the Colorado Chicken Salad, but replaced it with the steak tenderloins. I'm guessing they waited to bring everyone else's food to have theirs hot, and my steak was cold. The Lemonade was delicious, with the sugar around the Rum, not too sour at all. My husband's Woodfire NY Strip was very well executed, he loved it! The starter bread was amazing, warm, crispy outside, soft inside, and the soft butter was perfect overall.

Very nice place! Went for brunch and it was delicious! The one complaint I would have is that we ordered Bloody Mary's. The waitress asked what Vodka we wanted and my wife said Tito's. There ended up being a $3 upcharge for Tito's. She never mentioned that and we didn't find out until we got the bill. I think she should have mentioned that when we asked for Tito's. We might have still got Tito's or asked for a different Vodka. Other than that, everything was outstanding!

The Firebirds at Northlake is our “go to” on Monday’s. A special thanks the Chef Matt and the entire culinary staff for providing our meal on point every time we visit the restaurant. The port mushrooms were prepared elegantly, not swimming in sauce, but perfectly coated and seasoned. Texture was perfect. I get them every time we go. Keep up the fantastic work you do! Updated in October, 2021. The salmon is awesome. Try the lunch portion, it is a 4 oz piece versus the dinner potion. Much cheaper!The green beans with pecans is also delicious. We love the au gratin potatoes. Lots of garlic and cheese. We also enjoy the sliced pepper corn top sirloin. The steak was delicious a little bit spicy but really good. My wife loves the crème brûlée cheesecake. The service is excellent the atmosphere is very pleasant.

I went here to celebrate a friend's birthday. The food and service were excellent. We shared the onion rings as an appetizer. They were cooked nice and crisp, very flavorable. The only thing I did not like was the bread. It was bland, no flavor. The butter was bland also. It will be tasty to season the bread put some salt and seasoning in it. I had the honey hot chicken sandwich with broccoli for my meal. It was very good. My friends had the smokehouse burger, salmon entree, and salmon salad. I will try the salad next time with chicken. It was huge and had great ingredients in it. My friends ordered dessert carrot cake and lemon cake. They said they were good. They are nice size portions that you can share. I definitely recommend this place and plan on going again.

we here after the movie for a late dinner. The place was empty but great service. The pineapple drink was just too watery for me at 11, each not worth the price. Garnish was a slice of pineapple, and it was not worth it. We had the filet, and I got ribs. The steak was fine, and the bacon around it undercooked. The ribs were fire, no complaints here over all. Dinner was nice. the total bill was 118.00, not bad for two. If you go tell them the Review Guru Sent ya!
