Room 112

First time visitors from Alabama. We had a party of 3 and hungry for sushi, hibachi, fried rice, etc. Room 112 checked all the boxes! We ordered Spring Rolls for an appetizer and the Cherry Blossom roll, Shrimp & Salmon Teriyaki, and Chicken Teriyaki for entrees. All of it was excellent! Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and fast. Portions were plentiful, and prices were fair and well worth it. You won't leave hungry, for sure. Our server, Nick, was fantastic. Very fun, professional, and had great recommendations! He made the experience even better. Would be great for takeout or delivery, too. Will definitely be back!

Awesome service! My phone died so I could only get a photo of my appetizer. It was also a little confusing to find walking but it’s walking distance from the MilliUp Event Center. The food was great and the drink was good as well. Great service as they helped me with my phone… definitely going to go back so I can get an amazing photo of the food.

Had some fantastic food here! Pretty much the best black pepper steak I've ever had, and thank you to the waiter for the recommendation. Extremely flavorful, and I am a wee bit picky. I was amazed to be in the shadow of the Bank of America Tower and not having to pay an arm and a leg for an exceptional meal.

Modern asian decor with a speakeasy style atmosphere. Grandeur entrance past Chase bank building brass elevators and elaborate brass gated doorways. Freshest nigiri served with extra plate, chopsticks and normal silverware. Service was extraordinary and recommendations from our server were on point. Tuna poke bowl had a life changing citrus wasabi yuzu dressing. Fresh everything with top notch presentation each course. Nigiri Tobiko and Crab were a delicious starter. We will definitely be back!!!

What a fantastic experience! We’d made a reservation for a 6PM dinner but showed up early because we were finished with the Mint Museum ahead of schedule—the museum is right up the street from Room 112, a seven-minute walk, FYI. But Room 112 seated us early and courteously. Our server, Nick, was wonderful. Nick checked on us frequently, refilled our waters constantly—I can’t tell you how often restaurant servers do not refill waters enough! I also mentioned that I had Celiac’s disease and we had a brief conversation about ingredients. As soon as I said something, Nick doubled-checked everything I ordered to make sure I could consistently avoid my allergen. By the time we left, the place was crowded. The sushi was delicious and the kitchen was willing to change my order slightly to accommodate the gluten allergy. We were also served gluten-free soy sauce upon request. Highly recommend. Affordable dinner uptown, convenient to activities!
