Inizio Pizza Napoletana

This is a lovely little place with good food and service. Food served was nice and flavorful. This was our first time and didn’t want to eat any meat so went for vegetarian options. Well it did get saturating after a while due to pesto-pistachios and the size is such that it’s definitely for 2 or more people. I would definitely recommend this place but i wont be returning with family anytime soon. Maybe after a month or so.

They were awesome! Went there with my wife to celebrate an occasion. We come here all the time and this time was particularly busy. When we received our pizza it was a little underdone and generally wasn’t the presentation we were used to. I mention it to one of the managers and he agreed and brought us a new pizza cooked to perfection like we are used to! Then he brought us a Cannoli on the house! I felt bad even asking about the pizza and was stoked they were going to remake it. Then when he brought the cannoli I was over the top. Always going to come back here!

Pizza was pretty delicious, it’s carried by the pepperoni, it’s especially delicious. It’s thick and cut into strips which I was not expecting, but it was good. The pizza could have used more cheese. The cannoli was awesome, no middle air pocket, that thing was filled all the way through. The crust was crisp and delicious and the filling was perfect

This was our first time here. We have eaten at this location before but it was another name. You order at the counter and they give you a number. We got 2 huge salads, 2 pizza’s and dessert. Everything was really good and the service was wonderful. The only thing I would mention is that it was crowded so it was very loud in there, so it was hard to hear your people in your party talking. They do have outdoor seating but it was raining out. I would definitely recommend the food here. We will be back soon!

I recently had lunch at Inizio Pizza Napoletana in Providence Commons. A true neapolitan style pizza cooks in 90 seconds in a wood-fired oven with very fresh ingredients. My pizza was outstanding. The staff is so friendly. This is the place to go to eat an authentic Italian pizza. I look forward to coming back.

This is my favorite wood fired pizza, but also one of the few places I can actually eat their pizza! They use imported Italian 00 flour, which I am so thankful for! I react to US wheat flour which is so sad, but not uncommon. Besides that, their pizza is delicious! We love the pesto pistachio and the diavola. And don’t skip the cannoli!

One of the best pizzas in Charlotte. I prefer this location to the original. Parking is easy and the service is fast and courteous. We’ve tried most of the pies and the seasonal Pistachio pie rightfully deserves most of the accolades. The Diavola and Margherita are also fantastic. As South Charlotte continues to grow, Inizio should continue to shine in this part of town.

Amazing authentic Italian pizza. Staff were great- kind, professional, offered recommendations. Even when we reached about 20 mins to their close time, they didn’t even blink. They took our full order without rushing and served with big smile Their pistachios pizza was unique with pistachios pesto and pistachios as a topping. Hot oil and marinara was good combo. Gelato was light refreshing and right size portion to enjoy it. Totally forgot about arugula salad- simple and delicious. MUST Try and repeat place to try other flavors
