Panera disappointed this visit. I ordered the Toasted Frontega Chicken. When I opened the wrapping the Chipotle sauce was slathered everywhere. It was extremely messy.

All employee there are great and are very nice. They always greet you as you enter in. Fast with superior service.

I have watched Zacariya help improve this location immensely. She is very friendly, professional, hard-working and keeps the restaurant clean and well stocked!!! Thanks Panera for hiring her!!!

Ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich online, the food was ready on time when I got there and really good, but it came in two tiny sandwich “halves” so order the full sandwich if your hungry.

Modern Greek Salad with Quinoa is a must for vegetarians or vegans. I’ve always had a good experience here.

Great soup and sandwiches. Never disappointed, each time I visit the States/Canada I look forward to have a meal here.

Not just sandwiches. Panera offers a rotating selection of soups, salads, breakfast items, and a bakery. Your best bet here is to order online because it is busy for breakfast and lunch if you're dining Monday through Friday. Evenings and weekends are pretty quite. I love Panera Bread! This location was pretty nice. My husband ordered a regular coffee but they did not have a fresh brew of Dark Roast, mentioned it to one of the staff and she got it made for him- really sweet about it. Awesome staff and nice environment.

Came here for a downtown dinner and the location was perfect. Easy to to find and a short walk from the Embassy Suites hotel and NASCAR museum. We were greeted and quickly placed our order.
The food was very typical of other PBs so no surprises! The quality was just as good as others.
I can highly recommend this location when staying or working in the downtown Charlotte area!
