Jimmy John's

When I first went to Jimmy John's in Huntersville, the girl behind the counter put her foot up where the food was to tie her shoe. It was that point I swore I would never go to Jimmy John's again. But we decided to go to the one on Harris Boulevard on the east side of Interstate 77 and I now have been going there religiously. They do great work, they make great sandwiches, the people are really friendly and that's our spot

While I love a good sandwich, I also love good service and to walk into an establishment and feel good on the inside. Unfortunately, this JJ's is very small and crowded during lunch, but that doesn't mean the food was bad, it was great and ingredients are high quality. Give the team 10-15 minutes to prepare your online pickup order, or you'll be waiting just like everyone else.

The Jimmy John's at this location will always be my go-to for subs! I have gone there consistently and gotten great service. The sub sandwiches are always fresh and tasty. Only one time did I have a bad experience with a bulk carryout order, however the manager right away never doubted my inquiry and tried to make it right immediately. I noticed that their staff was friendly and everyone seem to be busy. The restaurant was clean and bright. Please enjoy this location and their wonderful selections!

Edit 8/29/22 Nick reached out via email and followed up to make sure this was taken care of. I appreciate it. ‐------------- Ended up getting charged for the incorrect drive through order. The person caught it and had the GM Nick cancel it and I repaid the correct amount. Well both charges posted so I called back to see about getting it credited. A shift manager also named Nick said that they would need to contact their card processor and call me back. Well a week later, still no call back so I'm having to dispute it through my bank. What a hassle!

First time eating at Jimmy John's but not my last. To my fellow vegans, the Veggie has mayo (even though it's not listed on the menu) be sure to tell them to remove it. I ordered the Veggie with no cheese, when I opened it had mayo 😐 they informed me it comes with mayo and I asked could they make another without which they did promptly. I'm gluten free (gf) as well as vegan so the veggie with no cheese or mayo with extra veggies was in a lettuce wrap was delicious.
