We ate here for lunch during a busy weekday. The counters and drink station were a bit messy and the tables could have been wiped down as well. The food was tasty but I felt like the price was a little bit high for the size of the entree, or for the amount of satisfaction that I felt after eating it. I would likely try to eat here again, though I would try something different to see if I felt more full or satisfied.

What caught me about this place was the salads in the smoothies. They seem to have a very good selection. I was satisfied with this movie that I bought which was a mocha protein shake. It had 20 grams have protein. However all of the other shakes had the calorie listings and this one didn't. I asked the person at the register how many calories were in the shake and she said she did not know nor did she go to find out how much it was. Other than that nice place.

Very good food. Everything was fresh, hot, and had great flavor. This was reasonably priced for a down town restaurant and an excellent alternative to fast food. Definitely kid friendly. Oh I should probably mention the best part, this is healthy food. Lots of fresh veggie based food. You can get meat and fries but if you go that route it is still far better than a greasy burger joint (not that I don't occasionally love a good greasy burger joint). Try them, you won't regret it. My only regret is that they are so far from home. P.S to the owners, if you are looking to open another location ask me and I can tell you exactly where you should open one. :-)

I got the spicy avocado and lime bowl with quinoa and it was quite nice. The potion size was average for the price and the bowl came with feta cheese although it did not include cheese on the list of ingredients on the menu which is a concern if you have dairy intolerances. Service was nice and fast and staff were nice. Great place for a nice healthy bite.

Solid place to eat in a great location in Uptown Charlotte. I had the Turkey Burger and it was definitely worth spending my money on! The service was pretty solid, while I feel as though the wait time was a but long. Nonetheless, I will keep this place in my rotation of lunch spots to visit. I'll definitely be returning in the future.

Tried this place for the first time today and I was blown away. Loved the atmosphere in the building. Staff was super friendly. Quick service; ordered and received food several minutes after sitting down. Menu had a lot tasty and healthy options. I'm a bigger guy and I was full after eating their spicy avocado & lime with chicken and egg. Great drink options as well. Will be coming back in the future!
