Taco Bell

The best Taco Bell ever I have witnessed in United States. The service, atmosphere, cleanliness and the quality and of the food here is top-notch. Taco Bell is lucky to have a employee like Leta, she is the best, the way she organises everything in the store is outstanding, I have travelled many countries and I have visited different restaurants but I haven’t seen a person like “Leta”. She welcomes everyone with a big smile, she takes care of each customer, Happy to see such people around us, Thanks ones again “Leta” for your hospitality in the store, Hope to see you soon again.

Same o’l same o’l, nothing special. However, I forgot to request no tomato’s until I got to the window to pay. There was a line, so by the time it was my turn at the window, I asked but they had already pretty much completed preparing my food and was about to bag it. The workers didn’t necessarily say “no” when i asked to remove tomato, but def gave me some serious side eye. So I told them to just forget it, we’ll do it when it get home. Sort of understandable, bc it was my fault for not requesting it upon ordering. But it honestly wouldn’t have taken much effort for them to accommodate it. Really only reason for a lower rating. Would I go back, yeah I guess. Just know you can’t be forgetful in the drive through lane! Have a blessed day y’all!

I've consistently had great experiences with the food at this location, so I'm giving it 5 stars for food quality. The drive-thru can get quite busy at night, but that's understandable considering it's one of the few restaurants open until 2 am. The interior is well-maintained. Unfortunately, the restrooms aren't as clean, at least during the times I've attempted to use them. However, it's important to remember that this is a late-night fast-food restaurant in the city. We can't always hold the establishment responsible for the inconsiderate individuals who visit. All in all I give this Taco Bell 4.3 stars. Good food, & kind staff.

Food here varies in quality. Sometimes it's the best taco bell I've ever had, sometimes they forget the sauce or don't make vegetarian modifications. Sometimes there are long waits for pickup, but drive thru is usually great. Better than any other taco bell I've been to in Charlotte! The chile verde sauce is amazing. Really hoping they bring back yellowbird sauce too

Catching up on reviews. Went through the drive thru on Thursday, 05-26-22. The Taco Bell closest to me kept running out of the cheddar cheese chalupas. I managed to get one on the way home here. The drive thru line wasn't that long. The young lady who took my order was pleasant. The chalupa wasn't sloppily made & was very good. I love cheese.

This location is all on point. The Staff is Professional and Friendly. The restaurant is always clean inside and out . Definitely recommend this Taco Bell. Tried the Wings cooked perfectly nice crispy and hot, sauce was good. Far as the Quality of Chicken used if a better wing is used they would be Amazing.
