Starbucks

I normally order through app for deals & savings & then p/u through the drive-thru almost weekly. They have my order ready. Customer service is friendly & they'll explain specifics regarding drinks if I'm wanting to try something new but not sure what all is in there. The drive thru line can be long & sometimes I may have to wait longer than usual, but it's not a bad wait. I've tried the blonde vanilla latte, iced gingerbread oatmilk chai (really good), iced pumpkin cream chai tea latte (know it's good b/c its been sold out for a while here), and white chocoalte mocha frapp. The cake pops, lemon loaf, warm chocolate chip cookie, and blueberry muffin is good too. My son likes the vanilla bean frappuccino (like a milkshake) and vanilla creeme (a warm sweet milk). Occasionally I will go inside which is busy at times too but again my order is usually ready.

I've been here a few times and it's mostly been good. I'm not a Starbucks coffee fan, so I won't rate that... :) I usually go here to meet up with friends. The staff is usually friendly. My friend and I were sitting outside and I noticed that even though the drive-thru was backed up out of the parking lot, I was amazed at how fast it was moving. My only critique would be to turn the music down a little. With the acoustics in there, the sound already bounces around so with the music up high, it's hard to hear people even if they are right next to you. I even saw young people leaning at each other to hear.

I visit this location a lot. I purchase blended frappes all of the time. On a recent visit, my order was “off”. I was wondering if the recipe had changed. I spoke to the Manager “ Javin” ( please forgive me if I spelled that wrong). He remade my drink to perfection and provided a refund for the inconvenience! At times they make too much of your order and end up throwing it out. He gave me the extra as a little drink on the side. I really appreciate his time, patience and attention to detail. Starbucks, you definitely did an amazing job by adding him to the team! Keep it up Javin… you rock!

I come here 2 or 3 times a week Every visit is the highlight of my day, every time they are professional and super friendly. I strongly appreciate that especially on my bad days, they make my day so much better and give me a warm welcome even if the baristas are not on the front counter. I love Johntan’s spirit, who sings and dances and works like a pro, and I appreciate how Lizzie works hard but makes it look effortless even when she is multitasking (believe me I was a Starbucks barista myself once) Cameron always makes my visits fun. Shoutout to Taegen as well, no matter how busy it is, she seems clam and handles it like a champ. And look what Savannah did for my birthday, this place is the best!!!!

I couldn’t say enough nice things. I doordashed an order and it was wrong. Totally get it working in the service industry things happen- so we reordered and they sent us both orders and a gift-card. The customer service at this location is unmatched and their management team should be proud. Will be revisiting soon!🥲🥲
