Bojangles

I guess what you would call it is Shrink-flation. We stopped in on our way home, and I ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders. When I got my order and looked in the box, the chicken tenders were the size of my thumb, or smaller, and one of them was mostly just breading. The two I did eat, if you put them together, they would have made one of what the tenders used to be. Picture on menu board is VERY misleading!

I got a gravy biscuit combo. The gravy biscuit was GOOD but the seasoned fries were NOT TOO GREAT. They were HOT but OVER COOKED or had been sitting under the LAMP too long. It was almost like eating potato chips. It was interesting that they were CRUNCHY and HOLLOW, nothing on the inside of the fries? I should have called attention to that but I was kinda in a hurry.

I always go through the drive thru but today I needed to go inside due to my order. Everything was good inside the young lady who rang in my order was helpful. The young men putting the order together made sure everything was in there. Way different experience than what I get through the drive thru which usually is horrible. That is hard to understand

This location is really stepping it up. I notice much more friendly service in recent visits. Keep it up! Update: I'll let tge 4 star stand, as I think this experience is night related. Normally, I visit this location during the day. Decided to gamble and went at night about 8:05 on 9/18/2022, by way of drive-thru . I was told they were out of chicken. Not, you'll have to wait. Instead, we're out. I guess they were going to sell dirty rice and tea for the rest of the night..lol. no more chicken, really translate into we're not going to cook anymore chicken. Bojangles in general is bad about that. I think it's the result of them becoming complacent. I should have listened to my lady and never go to Bojangles at night and Popeyes instead.

Our power has been out since 4:00 a.m. this morning so I came out to get breakfast. Everything was excellent, quick order, food perfectly hot and tasty. My main reason to leave such a great review is that the young lady on the drive thru speaker and at the window was so incredibly pleasant and kind, you don't find that much nowadays. I should've gotten her name, I placed my order right around 10:40 a.m. on sunday may 22nd so hopefully you'll be able to know which employee it was. It's so nice to be treated with such kindness. I was in the service industry for 13 years and it can be tough sometimes with the way customers can be in a rush or rude or the demands of service work. You have a gem of an employee in her and I'm hopeful you'll acknowledge that to her. Thanks so much, I will continue coming to this location as often as I can because of her and your location's quality!!
