Bojangles

I went thru the drive thru and ordered my food a 5 piece tender meal. The crew was very nice and courteous. the food was amazing like always. Just a little disappointed when one of tenders looks like the size of my pinky finger. Its esp bad I paid almost 11$. Will find another way to suffice my hunger.

Typical Bojangles...... Hit and miss.... I go here a lot, normally all good but it's had it's oopses.....I like Bojangles but when you order a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and they forget the bacon???? And then ask "are you sure you ordered that back there?"..... Ummm, pretty sure I know what I wanted and ordered that, guess it's my fault you "miss heard" me. Wow. Nice.

My friend and me stayed at the gates gas station it’s same parking place with this restaurant. I saw a yellow signboard and immediately ran towards for my favorite crispy chicken with signature bread and unique honey mustard ! Yes, many people will understand me - they're amazing there! It was cold enough and I almost ran to the window for the drive true line, so it was not clear whether the restaurant was open or not because of the covid. I asked the girl about order.. and I said can I do it here on the car line? She said it was better to go inside and tell me to walk around the building and use the main door. Do you know what happened next five minutes? The doors were all locked - the whole team was inside and they were just having fun there! No one opened the door for me like that and moreover, no one paid attention to me! I won't be here at all! I don't want to blame anyone for racial hatred, but I'm a white guy from Europe and it seemed that I was specifically ignored. Maybe my review won't make you even answer me back, I don't care - I want you to know that you have one less client! Thank you and sorry if it seemed rude.

Food was stale, old and luke warm. Ordered a steak biscuit around 11:30 am. I was rushing to get to an appointment. Therefore, I did not waste my time trying to return the horrible sandwich. When I bit down into the biscuit, the bread was hard and started crumpleding. The steak tasted like it had been sitting under heat for a while as well.😒 This location is normally great and the food was alway's hot and delicious; however, this day was horrible and I don't know what manager was working with that team. If the manager is allowing their team to distribute food that horrible he or she need another job somewhere else. My understanding about fast food is once the food has been cook and no one purchases it, the food should be thrown away. Why ppl/worker's don't care about a customer well-being working at these fast food places? It's really disgusting and degrading. I hate wasting my money and being dissatisfied. I don't care how low or high the product cost may be, it's my money and I deserve the correct service. However, this is how society is getting these day's...Ppl don't care, bad attitudes and horrible service. It's Ludicrous!
