Some quick food for me when I haven't cooked & need a quick meal. I always get number 9, the fish sandwich combo, well I think it is number 9 lol!

Big Mobile order picked up in drive through. The team was friendly, fast and efficient. Nothing was missing and there were plenty of napkins, forks and condiments that we requested.

People were FRIENDLY, food was good but unfortunately because of the time 2:30PM and it is only a few blocks from East Mecklenburg HS it was almost like invading LOCUST when the students basically swarmed the McDonald's store. There were TOO MANY students, they not doing anything WRONG that I could see not but I was eager to leave because they were ACTING like what you would think about a bunch STUDENTS of that age not being SUPERVISED. NOT EXACTLY LIKE A BUNCH OF BOY & GIRL SCOUTS.🤔😉😯😳😮💨

This retail location is always super fast and friendly. Also the food is always hot and fresh. Huge difference the staff is always smiling. Makes an impact on those days when your tummy is rumbling.

I absolutely love this McDonald's they are hands-down the best McDonald's ever been to on my entire life! They are on point on time every time! The food is always hot and fresh the people are always happy & smiling. There's one particular kid that works the drive-thru and everytime I come in to get my large caramel frappe with extra caramel that kid nails it every time! The drive-thru never takes long and either the people are always courteous and professional the place is always clean and organized one of the best I've ever seen. So if you're ever in the area you want to stop at 1 this is the one you want to go to I promise you you will not be disappointed!

The food is great just about the best in Charlotte, but the cashiers are a little rude in the background, some people just need to keep their comments to their selves. But far as everything else it's great.

I went through the drive thru pretty late, about 8:30 pm and there was a bit of a line but it moved pretty quickly. I got my food and the order was perfect, my fries weren't overly salty like a lot of other places. This was my first visit to this McDonald's.
