Great food at great prices from good, honest people. Ordered a lot of food for a memorial service, including a 12 inch tray of mini-cannolis. I did not notice, but they only provided a 6 inch tray. They recognized the issue, called me and refunded my card. I would not have known the difference.

Eggplant sub was good although it was mostly breading and not eggplant but everything else was delicious!
My hubby had the grilled chicken panini and that was great!
We got a loaf to go and have been makignsammoes with it.
The staff were all so kind and helpful!

My new favorite Italian bakery in Chicago. This year for my ma's birthday, she insisted that in lieu of a gift, I get her an authentic Italian cake. I found myself at D'Amato's, where they let me place an order for a cake, and it turned out absolutely perfect! My ma was absolutely in love with it, and it was a perfect hit with my family. Thank you D'Amato's for the delicious cake. Also highly recommend the cannolis, and their pizza is excellent! I will definitely be back.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a few of the offerings from D'Amato's. The square pizza boasted a thick crust and an assortment of vegetable toppings. The cannoli shells were filled with a ricotta filling that was both rich, indulgent but not too sweet. Arancini, the golden rice balls, revealed a flavorful center filled with cheese. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and their outdoor seating a perfect spot to dine. I highly recommend visiting this bakery/takeout restaurant if you're seeking authentic American Italian food in a convenient format.

The best Italian Bakery in Chicago. The breads cookies and pastries never disappoint. Stop by for a cannoli and a cup of coffee. In the summer there is outdoor seating.

Fast serving and delicious food and sweets. The staff is friendly and it’s a clean place where you can by things to eat that you don’t find everywhere.
I highly recommend and this place.

Sandwiches are amazing! I was surprised how tasty the pizza still was after you can tell it was sitting out all day. Didn’t try the cookies but they look delicious. Even though we arrived close to them closing. The staff was super friendly even with the large order we had.
