Oh my goodness! This place is absolutely delicious! My boyfriend's recently told me about this place told me he used to come with his family. I must say best recommendation I've had in a while. Stuffed sweet potatoes are mouth watering. They are very filling even though it's so good and you don't want to stop eating it. Great even to take home and eat later as left overs. Everyone there is so friendly which makes it just that much more enjoyable! You won't go wrong by stopping by and trying something. everything they have is amazing.

I love the loaded sweet potato it is soooooo good, I have tried the chicken, steak and my favorite vegetable loaded sweet potato. They have sweet potato bread also and some great dessert options. The red velvet cupcakes and the sweet potato pie with banana cream on top is unbelievably delicious it's so fresh.

Whether you're a neighborhood regular, Chicago resident, or just passing through, Jimmy Jamm's is a must stop detour!! This hidden gem has been around for years and for good reason. Not only is the food killer but the whole place makes you feel warm and cozy the minute you step in. Jimmy himself is a sweetheart and is happy to make a suggestion if you're new. This place is also great to dine in or take out. Try a slice of their best seller- sweet potato pie with honey cream frosting. Then, buy a whole pie to take home later! Seriously, it's that good. Next time, I'm coming back to try their lunch/dinner options which are also made with fresh sweet potatoes.

Jimmy Jam Sweet Potato Pie is a bakery with great coffee. It is located on 95th Street near the Metra. In addition to the coffee try the Sweet Potato baked goods. You will be wowed. I recently visited this place with friend from out of town. I had the sweet potato cobbler. This was my first time trying this amazing delicious dessert. I will be back to try the non-dairy sweet potato ice cream.
