The food is exceptional, I especially love the fresh bagels and homemade cream cheese. I tried several breakfast sandwiches and love every single one of them. Their omelettes are delicious at a fair price. They use only fresh ingredients. They offer a wide variety of smoothies, combining vegetables and fruits, while incorporating other healthy ingredients such as ginger. I also tried their lunch menu and was surprised to find real fresh turkey meat and turkey meat balls. I normally don’t like meat balls but you have to try those, they are amazing. The service is fast and reliable and they have some space to eat in. I highly recommend Jaffa Bagels for a fast, healthy option for breakfast and lunch.

Bagel was fresh and flavorful, but isn't there some kind of law that requires a properly boiled, chewy outer crust if you are going to put "Bagel" in the name of your operation? Not really a boiled "New York" bagel, if that is what you are looking for. Maybe they don't boil them long enough. Also, a few points off for delivering the cream cheese on the side, in the plastic cup, at least in my book. Ample good review ratings are probably a function of being basically in a food court in a large office building, friendly staff, and good sandwiches. The place is fine, if you are in the building or already in the neighborhood, but I wouldn't travel across the city if you are on a quest for a quality New York/Montreal bagel experience.

Recently spent time in Chicago for a conference and found Jaffa Bagels in the Illinois Center. The staff are friendly and ready to serve you! Food was great. We tried the omelets which were huge and served with toast, hash-browns available if you like. :) If you are in the area Jaffa Bagels is well worth a visit!!

We stopped in for breakfast and wandered up to the second floor. My fresh pressed juice was so good and my everything bagel with veggie cream cheese, spinach, tomato, and onion was perfect. I may even come back tomorrow for breakfast! The owner is so kind and welcoming. I definitely recommend this spot! You won’t be disappointed!

This is one of those annoying places where there's something on the menu I love (lox sandwich) and I always get that, but then I'm waiting to pick up and I see the sign for the Tunisian omelet and think I should get that instead. I love my lox sandwich on a garlic bagel, but they also have pumpernickel. Or I want just something sweet and I know not cinnamon raisin, because that's common. But do I do blueberry or chocolate chip? What if I got a cinnamon raisin bagel with cinnamon cream cheese. The bagels, by the way are SO fresh. They are delicious, all of them. The smoothies are really yummy. The fruit salad is fresh with tons of kiwi. The staff is very friendly. My order is always correct. And I love that I can order on the bus and pick it up on my way to my office.

I frequently have to grab lunch quickly and get right back to work. Jaffa Bagels is the best option available if you are anywhere nearby to get a whole, healthy meal quickly. They have great drinks as well, and everything on the menu is worth trying out. Service is always top-notch here. Everyone is always gracious and customer-focused.
