Always a great place to eat. The food is so good. Different with a lot of choices. Our favorite.

There were 16 of us and for a small suburban restaurant we were impressed!
While we waited for our food - because it’s freshly cooked - we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff.
The food was all delicious and very reasonably priced.
Car parking is not a problem either

Our friends had the share platter which was unbelievable to the eyes and the taste didn’t disappoint while we had a lemon chicken wrap combo
We have been here many time over the years but last night was a highlight

Absolutely amazing!! Our group consisted of vegans (us) and meat eaters and everyone loved it! The atmosphere is adorable and comfortable and the food is delicious. I ordered the samosas and olives. My husband ordered the Berber couscous. And I had the Moroccan mint tea. They even gave my 2 year old some complimentary veggie fritters and she loved everything. I was blown away by the kindness, hospitality and great cuisine. If I lived in Christchurch, I would eat here everyday!

Very rare I leave a review but this was so good I had to.
I ordered a 10-man platter (around $95-$100) from here for a small work function and it's hard to say whether the food or service is better... Both exceptional - 10/10. All the staff were asking where I got the food from and wanted directions to the restaurant! Sam was really helpful and presented the food beautifully, and the taste was phenomenal. Wish I had more photos because the explanation doesn't do it justice, but it had been attacked before it crossed my mind. One of my favourite places in CHCH - it never misses!

We have loved this place for a long time. But they were particularly exceptional when we had a big party of 18. The service was wonderful and the food as always was absolutely delicious! Well seasoned, tasty and wholesome. This is an absolute favourite place and I highly recommend!

Excellent food, very well presented. Tasty and lots of variety. Good vegan options as well with the platter. Fresh and handmade. Lovely dips and flatbread. Friendly waitress who was super helpful with suggesting things off the menu to get the best value for money. A little chilly in the restaurant in the back booth by the door to the toilet. There was a short cold draft. But other wise we will definitely be back!

This place is a gem and I don’t understand why is it so empty. The food is amazing!!! We got the paella and the lamb, and the lamb is so tender and delicious. And the baklava!!! Is really a standout!!! Do visit this place, it’s an underrated gem with delicious food and lovely people.
