I really appreciate that this spot uses coconut oil, real butter & often erythritol & stevia to sweeten some of their treats. The use of free range meat from happier animals is awesome too! Nearly all other eateries in Christchurch seem to be stuck using canola/soy bean oil, which I believe causes health issues if consumed in excess

Wow. Once again this place has outdone itself. I have so many dietary requirements and they were so happy to cooperate with my to find me something to eat. I ended up with the falafel wrap minus the wrap. It was cool tasty, even the ginger tea was the best I've had from a cafe. Thank guys, I really appreciate your patients with me.

Food was really yummy and caters for a vegan diet. Staff are really nice and keen for a yarn. Such a shame the chef goes home at 1pm as I would have loved to try something off the menu. 1pm is a very normal lunchtime rush so I’m sure it would be worth while to stay until 2! Also, cold drinks could come in glasses instead of a plastic take away container.

I was here for lunch on a weekday. They had some vegetarian/vegan options on offer. There were some tables but the place was pretty crowded. I found the food to be raw but it had all healthy ingredients. They seem to cater to fitness enthusiasts and those who are conscious of a healthy diet. The price of all food items here was not cheap but it is justified as they try to make it as healthy as possible for consumption.

Food is mostly raw, vegan and paleo with a limited number of other options like free range eggs and chicken wraps. Cafe is attached to a gym and busy with business takeaway customers during the week. Due to the high quality ingredients and effort to make vegan food hold together and taste good, it is not cheap.
