Pleasant Ridge Chili

My husband and I went there and the food was amazing hands down the best Cincinnati style chili I've ever had!! The service was on point our waitress was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed and the food is reasonably priced as well and is very affordable for a family to go and eat for less than $50. The only down fall about this place is that when we left there was a lady asking us for money. Other than that it's a wonderful place to eat and will definitely be back!

This place does not disappoint. Respectfully, it’s a hole in the wall… which are my favorite types of restaurants. The food is always fresh and delicious. I am obsessed with the gravy cheese fries. They are a staple at this restaurant. Honestly, everything is extremely good on the menu. If you find yourself in Cincinnati, you have to eat here.

Cash only. Great 3 way spaghetti and chili dish I had with a coney island hot dog. I made sure I tried those 2 things here. They delivered for sure. This place and Skyline I'd say are Top 2 Extremely crowded if you don't come at the right time. Not the best dine in experience but the staff is nice considering they work very hard.

Please note that THEY ONLY TAKE CASH! Luckily, there is an ATM in the restaurant. The food is good. The service was great. It's definitely in a run-down area, but there is plenty of light in the parking lot (had someone ask for money as I was entering the restaurant). This is the restaurant that we all frequented for food after going to the bars for many years when I was younger. Most of the items are high in fat but full of flavor. I had the reuben and gravy cheese fries, and both were delicious. It's more of a "hole in the wall" type place, but I'll definitely be back.

Really reasonable prices on their menu compared to most other restaurants. Limited seating available inside. It was extremely busy when I stopped here for lunch. There were no seats available so I asked a family if I could sit on the end of their table. They allowed me to sit there, then without notice, my bill was paid in full by that family. It was really unexpected but very generous. Food was good, portions were large, prices were low. This all makes for a positive experience.
