Used to be a negative experience but I've given this location another chance and they are much better than they used to be!

I don’t know if they went through a management/ownership/staff change or what but they went from worst Taco Bell in cincy to best. Every time I’ve gone in the past few months has been fresh, well made, tacos full, even the nacho chips are better. The staff is friendly. I thought it was a fluke thing but I keep going and every time it’s great

I love the Chalupa Supreme. And the $5 Cravings Box definitely filled my craving for Taco Bell.

I use to really love taco bell but I'm starting to out grow it maybe? But the food just isn't as good as it use to be. And the lettuce just tastes bizarre. My fiance will eat here when he feels like it but if I go I only get things with potatoes in it and the cinnamon delights.

I like this Taco Bell versus the one close to my house. Always quick, food made nearly instead of looking like they were having a contest to see who could throw ingredients onto tortillas from 10 feet away the worst. Staff is friendly and I like the bougie Northside neighborhood.

This is a combination of KFC and Taco Bell. Either way their food is really great. They are fast and a nice cool place to come in the heat to enjoy your lunch or supper. Their $5 menus are a real bargain.

OK so this is in fact a Taco Bell/KFC, not just a Taco Bell. The food here is good, what you would expect for this restaurant. The dining area is decent and clean. They do seem to be understaffed and run out of certain foods from time to time. If they improve on this I'll change my review.

Very patient drive thru customer service as I never order KFC a d had an impatient kid in the car. Also very polite at the window when giving me my food and making sure I had everything I needed. Probably the most pleasant experience at a drive thru.
