We’ve eaten at this location a few times. The restaurant itself is always pretty clean and there’s lots of seating. Food is sometimes really great and sometimes sub-par- depends on who’s making it that day. Sweet tea is always great! Service is usually quick.

I really like your Grilled Chicken Salad (and I'm still going to order it). But if you guys are giving away extra lettuce, it would be nice if you opt out putting chunks of it next time!
N.B. I ordered the same food the next day and guess what...they did not included the main ingredient: Grilled Chicken!!!

Worst BLT I’ve ever had. Bacon was burnt and crumbled. Mac and cheese was mushy and un-edible.

The prices are ridiculous!! The food is usually great. Sometimes they have a bad day. The one in Jeffersonville is more consistent. I love the lemonade, but they are just too expensive for what they serve. I've been eating the same meal, sandwich and chili with lemonade, for the last 7 years. In the past 2 years the price jumped from $11 to $16. I understand inflation, but that's ridiculous!!!

Greeted and order taken right away, mixed my tea to my exact instructions. I had the chicken salad sandwich with Potato salad. It was fresh and delicious.

Monday, April 4 2022 went to McAllister's for lunch and got back to work with my Italian club and baked spud with bacon bits and butter sour cream. The potato seemed to be left over and cold, no bacon bits were in the bag either. The Italian club barely had any meat on it, one very small piece of lettuce, no Italian dressing an it ttastedhorrible like it was also left over meat. This is the third time going there and the meals was not worth what I paid for.

I decided to treat myself to McAlister's for lunch for my first day on vacation from the ER. I'm a vegetarian and love their grilled cheese and mac 'n cheese, so since it's vacation, I ordered both! I got my order to go and was really looking forward to that mac 'n cheese! I got home and got settled, only to open the container to utter disappointment! There was a literal dollop and that's it! Who does that!? I guess I'm on a vacation diet and this was how I was informed. Super disappointing day one. You can do better McAlister's! 😢

We have discovered McAlister’s for their delicious salads, with wonderful ingredients. Lots of nice healthy green and other good ingredients depending on the salad you get. We go there frequently.
