I got catering from here for a work wellness day for a healthy lunch option, and this place nailed it!! Great quality food, all of my co-workers loved it, and they were prompt with having the food ready. Could not recommend this place enough. Plus, their philosophy on how to prepare foods needs to be followed by more restaurants. DOWN WITH TOXIC COOKING OILS!!!!

Some of the best coffee in downtown and great healthy and hearty food in a very cool location. It is inside public square, with a big picnic table area and views of terminal tower. The concept is bowl based dinners that you order at the counter and your name gets called for pickup. There is 5 signature bowls or you can make your own. They also have some beer, wine, CBD water, smoothies, juices and very good coffee. They also have some breakfast sandwhiches to go along with the morning coffee. Great spot all day long for a healthy, casual meal. One warning, inside area is not huge on a rainy or cold day.

The location is nice with in and outdoor seating. Lovely views throughout. Service was lackluster though. The girl that took our order was very abrupt and borderline rude even though it was not busy when we went in. I had an immunity bone broth and steak rebol 2.0 with some of their reverse osmosis water. The food was very good.
