This place has been amd always will be the best cookie spot in my opinion. The chocolate chip cookies have never let me down and have always been amazing. They are far more better than crumbl. I've tried crumbl 2 times and they have let me down each time. Never again for them. Sticking to Insomnia.

Weekend trip to Cleveland just had to stop in. Grabbed a 4x4 box to take back to the hotel room with. They were all amazing but I have to say the S'mores deluxe was my favorite! My husband loved both the Blondie and the white chocolate macadamia nut.

Cookies are always fresh and perfect. Staff is amazing and very nice. Definitely my go to whenever I’m looking for fresh baked cookies.

There is only one problem with Insomnia Cookies - the sadness that sets in when you take your final bite. They are delicious. Unfortunately, not the healthiest snack option, but you have to live life, right? Everything in moderation. My wife and I stopped here for an after-dinner dessert treat. Nice, restored older building near The Flats in downtown Cleveland, with a few steps up to gain access to the altar (I mean counter), and a small eating area inside. We enjoyed our cookies outside on a delightful summer evening. Thumbs way up.

Cheery place. Great customer service. Cookies are rich in flavor. Suggest they do like a mini sampler of their classic cookies so that newbies can try the flavors. Or have the mini 12 pack come in a variety.

First time ever having insomnia Cookies & it was amazingly good. Those cookies pack a lot of punch. The vanilla ice cream wasn’t my favorite but it didn’t matter because the cookie had me feeling great. Would be five stars but the security was rude. Lol why does a cookie place need security? Must be to guard the recipe.

These cookies were delicious!! We tried to order several different types but they were out which sucked. They say they are open til 3 am but we were in at like 7:15pm and they had minimal stock already. But the ones we did get were warm and delicious!

Holy Lawd! First time and WILL not be the last. After an evening in the flats, no better end than this. We were late so some cookies were sold out but it did not matter one bit. Absolutely delicious! The night crew was awesome. Thank you!!
