i always start with “congratulations” when I see “Best “ glazed donut in Cleveland ( like Buddy the Elf from Elf) second visit to Big Mouth. this time I early enough to get some variety. they sell out early. be sure to check them out. fluffy and flavorful. the donut pictured was peanut butter. they had me at peanut butter. darn fine donut!!

I rarely have donuts, so when I do get them I want them to be special. Boy did Big Mouth deliver! I had the raspberry donut with lemon zest and it was heavenly. The ones my family had also looked delicious and were very well received. There seems to be a small selection there to go, so if you want something special, or are getting a dozen, place your order in advance.

I have had many donuts from Big Mouths Hingetown location and I have never been unsatisfied. There donuts are easily one of the best, if not the best donuts available on the west side of Cleveland. The attention to quality, small batches, and innovative modern flavors are points of interest here. Bigmouth creates some of its donuts by making brioche raised buns, which produces a a slightly more buttery, savory flavor. These handmade donuts pair very well with multiple handmade frostings like strawberry cream cheese and chocolate hazelnut. My favorite part: they don’t throw cereal on a dry piece of bread and call it a donut.

Solid donuts. No processed taste. In the words of my husband, "this is not a criticism" but the flavors were not strong. That actually is a positive ... they weren't sickeningly sweet or anything, but you also have to be expecting that. They have cake donuts, but we all much preferred the yeast variety here.
